Explore the amazing survival adaptations of the wintering birds of Berkshire County in a two-part program series with Laura Beltran and Dale Abrams from Mass Audubon’s West Region!
On Thursday, December 15, 2022 from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., Laura will present an online program that will discuss which birds spend their winters near us as well as how they find food and how they stay warm. Click HERE to access the Zoom link.
Then, on Saturday, December 17, 2022 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., Dale will take you on a bird walk starting at the Lenox Library and walking through town to find winter birds and give you some identification tips. From birds at your feeder to the sparrows in the field, we will explore the wintry world of birds in the winter. If possible, please register using this link.
