Over the course of 40 years, Professor Jeremy Yudkin has delighted thousands of listeners with his 700-plus Tanglewood Pre-Concert Talks. Not everyone has the ability to combine an encyclopedic knowledge of musicology with a gift for communication, but Jeremy does just that! We invite you to join us for a special cocktail reception and concert on Sunday, June 25, 2023 at 4:00 p.m. at The Lenox Club. Distinguished local artists will perform a musical potpourri of Jeremy’s favorite music including Bach, Beethoven, Beatles, Miles Davis, and Cole Porter. Notable speakers will also join the evening which promises to be a joyous occasion that celebrates our 40-year (and counting) partnership with Jeremy. This is a paid ticketed event with proceeds benefitting the Library’s significant contributions to the rich cultural life of the Berkshires.
