Open to all ages, this program takes a common sense, interactive approach to better understanding today’s financial environment, the risks inherent in it, and how better to financially plan for the future. We will discuss everything from the equity markets to Roth IRAs to interest rates; any financial subject is fair game. The goal is to remain emotionally detached from the “noise” of the world around us and figure out the best financial plan for ourselves so that we can retire someday.
The discussion will be led by Jon Budish, who worked on Wall Street for 40 years, primarily as a fixed-income portfolio manager and trader. He also has taught financial literacy at a variety of colleges and high schools for over 10 years and has spent 15 years mentoring young companies. Jon received his BA and MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He lives with his wife in Stockbridge and New York City.
The discussions will take place via Zoom. Follow this link to access the meetings.
