The Annual Meeting for the Lenox Land Trust will be held in the Sedgwick Reading Room. Local History Librarian Amy Lafave will give a presentation on the the Under Mountain Valley of yesteryear. This area was and is still home to some notable cottages of past and present, including Home Farm, Pine Needles, The Lenox Club, two versions of Ethelwynd, and Stonover, with the mansion and farm on opposite sides.
While the Town, BNRC, and private landowners showed their support for sharing the beauty of this locale with the Parsons Marsh trail, the Lenox Land Trust continues to evaluate the potential for additional public recreation and open space benefits in this area that is so central to Lenox.
